Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma / Engineering in any stream or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4+ years of field service experience.
- Fresher with excellent communication skills.
- Should be familiar with the Local language.
- Travel Required- 80%
Responsibilities:
- Attend breakdown calls in the region
- Raise request for parts and close transaction under Warranty, CAMP, or Chargeable
- Completing the Installation of equipment on site
- Completing Preventive Maintenance as per schedule
- Promotion of Service Contracts & consumables
- Demonstration of products to customers
- Imparts training to the customer
- Update service report in Oracle
- Identifying potential parts requirements and getting quotes submitted and collecting Purchase Order
- Identifying potential equipment requirements and generating Service Leads for the sales team
