Educational Qualification:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent
  • Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
  • Desirable: Working knowledge of Computers.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Nil

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy;
  • Proficiency in the local language as prescribed by the participating RRB/s*
  • Desirable: working knowledge of Computer
  • Post Qualification Experience: Nil

Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Dairy/ Animal Husbandry/ Forestry/ Veterinary Science/ Agricultural Engineering/ Pisciculture from a recognized university or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
  • Post-Qualification Experience: Two Years (in the relevant field)

Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer):

  • Qualification: MBA in Marketing from a recognized university
  • Post-Qualification Experience: One Year (in the relevant field)

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager):

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance from a recognized university/ institution
  • Post-Qualification Experience: One Year (in the relevant field)

Officer Scale-II (Law):

  • Qualification: Degree from a recognized University in Law or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Two years as an advocate or should have worked as Law Officer in Banks or Financial Institutions for a period of not less than two years

Officer Scale-II (CA):

  • Qualification: Certified Associate (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
  • Post Qualification Experience: One Year as a Chartered Accountant.

Officer Scale-II (IT):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
  • Desirable: Certificate in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc.
  • Post-Qualification Experience: One year (in the relevant field)

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer):

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics, and Accountancy.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

Officer Scale III:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Preference will be given to the candidates having a Degree/ Diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.
  • Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution

Age Limit :

  • Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years
  • Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21 – 32 years
  • Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years
  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years

Selection Process:

  • Office Assistant (Multipurpose) & Officer Scale-I: Preliminary Examination (objective) & Main Examination (objective)
  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer), Officer Scale-II (Specialist Cadre), Officer Scale-III: Single level Examination (objective)
  • Interview – Applicable only for the post of Officers (Scale I, II, and III)
