Educational Qualification:

(i) Senior Manager:

Candidates must have passed the PG Diploma in Management with 14 years of post-qualification experience or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor Degree in B.E in Civil Engineering. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) Manager:

Candidates must have passed the PG Diploma in Management with 10 years of post-qualification experience or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Bachelor’s or Degree in B.E in Mechanical Engineering. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(iii) Deputy Manager:

Candidates must have passed the Degree in Law or Master’s Degree of Business Administration in the field of Finance with 7 years of post-qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in B.E in Electrical Engineering or Bio-Medical Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

(iv) Executive:

Candidates must have passed the Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with 2 years of experience. Master’s Degree in Business Administration in the field of Finance. Bachelor’s Degree in B.E in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology or Computer Science or Bio-Medical Engineering. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
