Assistant Manager (Finance) – 10 Posts
Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR) – 01 Post

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Finance): Candidates must have passed CA/ICWA/MBA or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with Min 2 Years Post Qualification executive experience with min 1 Year in the next below grade in an Organization of repute.
Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR): Candidates must have passed 2 Years Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA (Personnel Management (HR) / (MSW) or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University with a Minimum 6 Years / 9 Years Post Qualification Executive Experience with min 2 Years in next below grade in an Organization of repute.

Age Limit :

Maximum Age for Assistant Manager (Finance): 32 Years
Maximum Age for Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR): 37/42 Years

EPIL PAY SCALE DETAILS:

Assistant Manager (Finance) (E-1) – Rs.40000/-
Manager Gr.1 (HR)/ Sr. Manager (HR) – Rs.60000/- / Rs.70000/-
