Educational Qualification:
- Executive Trainee (Mechanical): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Electrical): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Electronics): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Instrumentation): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Naval Architecture): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Naval Architecture with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Safety): Candidates must have passed a Degree in Safety Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Information Technology): Candidates must have passed Essential:- a) a Degree in Engineering in Computer Science with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR b) a Degree in Engineering in Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university OR c) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized university. Desirable:- Valid Certification from reputed agencies/organizations on Programming Language / DBMS/ Networking/ ERP Systems or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Human Resource): Candidates must have passed a Degree with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University AND b) Two year Master’s Degrees or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma or Post Graduate Degree in any of the following areas, with a minimum of 65% marks from a recognized University:- (i) Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR or equivalent Degree with specialization in HR or equivalent Diploma with specialization in HR OR (ii) Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR (iii) Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Executive Trainee (Finance): Candidates must have passed Pass in the final examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Institute of Cost Accountants of India.or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
