Educational Qualification:

(i) Senior Manager:

  • The candidates must have passed an Accountant or Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(ii) Manager:

  • The candidates must have passed a Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Marine/ Naval Architecture / any other branch of Engineering, Post Graduate Degree /diploma/ certification in Project Management, PMP or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(iii) Deputy Manager:

  • The candidates must have passed a Diploma in any branch of engineering or technology, Any Degree, Chartered Accountant or Cost Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst or Master Degree in Business Administration (Finance), Law (LLB/LLM), MBA Finance, CFA, CA, ICWA or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(iv) Assistant Manager:

  • The candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree or equivalent Degree or equivalent Diploma, Post Graduate Degree, or Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics / Production, Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management/Inventory Management/ Stores Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(v) Accountant:

  • The candidates must have passed a Post Graduation in Commerce, Graduate with a Pass in intermediate examination of the Institute of Cost, Accountants of India / Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(vi) Chief Project Engineer:

  • The candidates must have passed a Degree in Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(vii) Medical Officer:

  • The candidates must have passed an MBBS Degree, Diploma in Industrial Health Or Associate fellow of Industrial Health (AFIH) or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(viii) Nurse:

  • The candidates must have passed a Diploma in Nursing, B.Sc (Nursing), Valid registration under the State Nursing Council or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(ix) Project Officer:

  • The candidates must have passed a Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Mechanical/Electrical, Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics / Electronics/Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Proficiency in Computer Applications or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(x) Project Assistant:

  • The candidates must have passed a Master’s Degree, Diploma or Post Graduate Degree, Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in HR, Degree with specialization in HR, Diploma with specialization in HR OR Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations OR Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xi) Draftsman:

  • The candidates must have passed a Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or SSLC and ITI –NTC (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Draughtsman (Mechanical). or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

(xii) Senior Project Officer:

  • The candidates must have passed a Degree in Civil Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board.

Age Limit :

  • Minimum Age: 30 years
  • Maximum Age: 45 years
  • Maximum Age For CPE &MO: 65 Years

  • Senior Manager – Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/-
  • Manager – Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/-
  • Deputy Manager – Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/-
  • Assistant Manager – Rs. 40,00 – 1,40,000/-
  • Accountant – Rs. 28,000 – 1,10,000/-
  • Chief Project Engineer – Rs. 1,65,000 – 1,70,000/-
  • Medical Officer – Rs. 60,320 – 63,640/-
  • Nurse – Rs. 23,300 – 24,800/-
  • Project Officer – Rs. 37,000 – 40,000/-
  • Project Assistant – Rs. 24,400 – 25,900/-

Selection Process:

  • Phase I – Objective Type Test & Descriptive Type Test
