Educational Qualification:
(i) Chief Manager (Microwave):
- Candidates must have passed B.E or B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering with 55% marks and 14 years of Experience. M.E or M.Tech with 12 years of experience in the Design and Development of Microwave components. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) Senior Manager (HR)/ Manager (HR):
- Candidates must have passed a Diploma in Labour Welfare Industrial Relations or Social Work with 12 years of experience. Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Degree. M.B.A., or Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP). or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iii) Security Officer:
- Candidates must have passed a Graduate Degree in 15 years of experience or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(iv) Accounts Officer:
- Candidates must have passed a Graduate Degree in Commerce. CA. Cost and Works Accountants of India or MBA in Finance with 2 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(v) Purchase Officer:
- Candidates must have passed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management., MBA., Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) in Supply chain management or material management or B.E or B.Tech with 1 – 2 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vi) Deputy Engineer (Civil):
- Candidates must have passed a B.E or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(vii) Deputy Engineer (Security Surveillance):
- Candidates must have passed B.E or B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics and Communication or Telecommunication or Computer Science Engineering with 2 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(viii) Deputy Engineer(R & D):
- Candidates must have passed B.E or B. Tech in Electronics and Communication or Instrumentation with 02 years of experience. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ix) Deputy Engineer:
- Candidates must have passed B.E or B. Tech in Electronics and Communication or Mechanical Engineering. or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
