Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must have passed a Degree in a relevant field or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of visual design experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • A portfolio to demonstrate visual design craft and analytical thinking skills.
  • A good understanding of industry design standards
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail & a perfectionist with visual designs.
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, sales, customer success, and product teams to develop product communication strategies and material
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, and passionate driven

Responsibilities:

  • Craft Excellent pixel-perfect visual designs for a range of enterprise & consumer products.
  • Extend & Grow a scalable & responsive design system with keen attention to detail. In alignment with Brand mood, tone, look/feel.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Knowledge of grid systems, typography, and color theory to create beautiful & functional user interfaces.
  • Ensure accessibility & inclusivity by following industry standards & compliances.
  • Effectively Communicate the thinking & process behind design decisions to stakeholders verbally as well as using a visual aid.
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to achieve the goals of the project
  • Work with various teams internally – including Product, Sales, and Tech/Data Science to develop and implement
